The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was in and out of Antigua between various mini trips and had a few separate nights here. I was allowed to keep bags at the desk when I was away, it was okay to arrive and leave at odd hours (e.g. a 5am start), and their laundry service was quick and could be done overnight. The breakfasts were good with plenty of choices, the beds were really comfortable, and the place was clean. The location is good - not in the crowded area but only a short walk to the main central plaza. All in all, a very good choice!

Location is just perfect - right in the center. Parking is provided and it's a must - there is nowhere to park in the streets. Room is fairly large. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of options. And on the day when we had to start very early for our Acatenango hike they provided lunch boxes instead of the hot breakfast at our request (and you could choose from 3 options).

First of all the staff! We felt welcome by the staff (reception, restaurant and cleaning) from the first minute and throughout our entire stay. They were all very friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Great job!!! In general we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts were fantastic. We also loved the roof terrace with a view at the volcanoes. The rooms were very clean.

Without a doubt, the friendliest front desk staff I've ever met. They helped me a lot with my questions, going above and beyond in calling places where I need help due to the language barrier. Kudos to the staff. The hotel room was decent, nothing special but has everything needed,clean and well maintained. The hotel is located in a good spot, and has some good restaurants one to two blocks away. Breakfast was amazing, highly recommend it.

Very close to everything you need. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is really good and they have good options. We’ve stayed here twice already and recommend it to everyone we know

The hotel was beautiful. Clean and comfortable. The location was a little bit further away from the city center. Which some people may not like. It's like a 15 min walk though. But it made the stay a little quieter. Also the views from the rooftop patio where you get an amazing included breakfast, might be the best in the city.

The hotel building with the interior patio and great views from the rooftop/terrace. The room, 3 double beds, was very large and convenient. The staff very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was amazing. Excellent coffee, so many breakfast options, all more delicious than the other. The hotel is centrally located, sparkling clean, quiet. You have breakfast on the terrace whilst looking at the volcanoes. The coffee is their own brand and it's delicious. The breakfast options are abundant so that if you stay a long time you won't get bored. Try the hot sauce! The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, all in all lovely. We will be coming back. They even did nice animal shapes with our towels. This place is worth the stay.

The property itself looks as it shows in the pictures, the room and the garden area are great. The hotel’s location is convenient since it is close to a lot of attractions.
